Uniform colored backdrop
We bring a coloured backdrop as per your Company's brand identity and we capture your team's headshots against that backrop with 2-3 different poses.

Company team portraits are meant to display the versatility and diversity within an organisation.
Just like Life-style portraits, these are also captured within the office premises.
How it Works

Setup
We reach an hour early before the discussed scheduled time to setup our studio lighting, backdrop, camera equipment and connect our camera to your TV screens.

The Studio Session
Then we start calling in your team/employees one-by-one, give them 2-3 poses, make them review their shots on a big TV screen. Each person usually takes around 15-20 mins.

Curation & Editing
Once the Photo session is complete, we give you all the raw images for selection, after which they are sent for editorial retouching. All photos are finally shared on a digital link or a drive.

Professional lighting setup, photographer's guidance on posing and retouching.
How long does a typical session take?
Individual sessions usually take 45-60+ minutes.
For team sessions, we schedule based on headcount to ensure everyone gets focused attention without disrupting the workday.
Do you offer professional retouching?
Yes, all selected portraits undergo high-end editorial retouching. This includes subtle skin correction, stray hair removal, and color balancing while maintaining a natural, high-authority look.
What is your typical delivery timeline?
You will receive a curated gallery for selection within 48 hours. Final retouched assets are delivered digitally within 5-7 business days of your selection.
Can you set up a studio at our office?
Absolutely. For Small and Large Team packages in India, we bring our premium studio lighting and backdrops to your location for maximum convenience and minimal downtime.
In what format will I receive my photos?
Deliverables are provided as high-resolution JPEG files in both print-ready and web-optimized formats, perfect for LinkedIn, annual reports, and press releases.
